How To Log In
This is the first step to get into the administation-area of Your personal promopool-access.
Use the access-files (LogIn ID & Password) we sent You and click on the button "Login". If You have done everything correctly You will reach Your personal promopool-area.
Startpage
If Your LogIn was correct You will see Your personal startpage, which looks like this.
Please check now, if Your address and Your name is correctly written down. This is the basic requirement for the cooperation. If You want to tell us changes concerning this, then please use the button ":: tell us changes".
At the startpage You will see the five latest tracks that You have uploaded to our system. "Running" means that the promotion is still in progress. You have reached the optimum result, when "running" has changed into "finished".
If You click on "infos" You will get all informations about the respective track. To get informed about this click on "Your tracks" in the navigation-menue.
The button ":: Show all" brings You the complete list of Your uploaded tracks, sorted by date.
Promo-Charts
If You want to compare Your tracks with the other tracks in the system, then take a look at the Promo-Charts.
All tracks, that You have uploaded will be marked in yellow, in this example "Cliche | I Can Be Yah Man". You also have the possibility to generate some periods. Just figure out what is the best for You.

Your Tracks
At this page You will see all the tracks that You have uploaded to our system.
The tracks are ordered by the incoming date. "Running" means that the promotion is still in progress. You have reached the optimum result, when "running" has changed into "finished".
If You click on "infos" You will get all informations about the respective track. We will explain it after the next pic.
Each trackinfo will show You many details concerning the respective track.
Adding Date: At this date the mentioned
track was uploaded.
Style: The style of the mentioned track (Attention
- Only Urban Music is allowed !)
Status: Shows You if the promotion is still running
or already finished.
Charts Ranking Overview: Here You can see the rating-trend
of the mentioned track.
Average User-Ratings ... At this position You will get more details concerning a track-rating. This is the summary of all ratings.You have reached the optimum result, when the promotion is "finished".
Beats ø: The average point concerning
the quality of the "beats"
Vocals ø: The average point concerning the quality
of the "vocals"
Club ø: The average point concerning the public reaction
at the clubs.
Overall ø: The average point concerning the general
opinion of the mentioned track.
Total ø: The average point concerning "beats",
"vocals", "club" and "overall".
Important to know is that" 6 points" is the highest rating a track can get.
DJ Commentaries ... At this position You will get some dj-comments concerning the mentioned track. You have reached the optimum result, when the promotion is "finished". But remember, the comments of the DJs are not required. The number of the comments are not the total count of the voters ! If You have no comments, it does not mean, that no one was listening to Your track.
Add A Track
Now it is getting important. You will get all details You need for uploading Your music.
MP3 File:
Here You have to choose the track (at Your PC), that have to be
uploaded to our system. The maximum file-size is 20 MB. Please add only
mp3-files in a good quality (>192 kbs) to the system. Please make sure
that each track is uploaded only one time ;-). Thanks.
- Only Urban Music is allowed !
- Only one version of each track (no instrumentals, no acapellas, etc.) !
- Wait till the upload is finished completely! If You have problems with the upload, then try another browser.
Artist: Name of the artist / group (including the featuring
artists)
Title: Name of the title
Style: Select the correct style of the added track
Now You have to read our conditions. The DJ-League wants to work together with artists, groups and labels, not against them. Our theme is "Copy kills music", so we need a complete permission from You, that we can use the uploaded track for free. Please read the terms of conditions attentively !!! If You have done that You have do make a cross in the small box below the conditions. And now You can click at "Submit track". The submission will only work when You have accepted our conditions, not before.
It can take up to three days (if theres a weekend) till Your track gets activated. And remember, the dj-league Headquarter is based in germany / europe, may be another time-zone ;-).
Inform Us
You have several possibilities to send us important things and messages.
First of all ... let's talk about the "subjects", that can be selected.
New Press-Release:
If You want to have a special promotion at the "main-sites"
of the dj-league, then You can leave us Your press-releases. Very important
is, that we always need a pic in good quality for Your press-release.
This pic has to be related to the press-release itself. If we do not recieve
this pic, our" news-team" cannot publish Your press-release.
Additional Track-Infos:
If you want to publish a special info of an uploaded track and
which should be transfered to the deejays, please use this "subject".
And don't forget to post the track itself again into this form. Then we
know which info is related to which track.
Leave Us A Drop:
The only return we want to get for our free services is, that
You please leave us a special drop for our great drop-archive as mp3 in
a good quality (>192 kbs). The drop should include "dj-league"
and "europe's no.1 dj- and artist-community for urban music"
or something equal. Thanks a lot !!!
Contact Informations Has Changed:
This is also very important. If Your contact-informations have
changed, please send us Your new ones. This is the basic requirement for
working together with us. This details are only for internal use ! We
give them not out to third persons !!!

"Attach a file" is very important for the pic (which is related to a press-release) or the drop, that You want to send us for our drop-archive ;-). But pay attention, the maximum filesize is 8 MB.
